Actually the full quote is “Do your best. Then, don’t worry; be happy in My love. I will help you,” shared by the spiritual master, Meher Baba.  And the “I” and "My" for me is whatever higher power you believe in. It’s a simple statement but near impossible to fully do, and yet it’s my favorite quote despite literally needing to tell my mind that a hundred times a day. So, any kind of consistent reminder is vital. I say to myself: what if we are created to be happy and to help make others happy. And if that’s our purpose then I can trust the rest will take care of itself. There’s so much out of my hands, so keeping the focus on doing my best and trying to make others happy is a pretty darn clear way to live. Often the simplest of things is the most impactful. So, don’t worry be happy, do your best and the universe WILL help you. Onward!!
